A short story about the desert in New Mexico.
I traveled to Rwanda to make plays with Rwandan high school students and community leaders. The plays were aimed educating about AIDS awareness and sexual health. The process made me think about the similarities between the fields of international aid distribution and theatrical dramaturgy - the overlap being the stance that the aid-giver assumes in the interaction. Here’s a short article that talks about my experience and the thoughts it made me think.
